These were from the same pairing as the “goshiki” ryukin that was my favorite from the other thread. It’s hard to believe how many different ryukin were a result of the spawn. I sold them all except a few that were unspectacular, which I gave away to friends. Bought my wife a deep freeze with the income (trust me, she considered it a very romantic/loving gift).
Anyhow, I had a fun time raising these ryukin from birth to 8-10 inches all in exactly one year.

Actually we bought the black one. And named her Paige. And the grand champion at the Louisville show this year was one of her babies. He is about two years old.
