Try Blackwater Creek. I know they breed longfin chagoi along with many other varieties. I don't know if they sell to the public except at shows though. But it wouldn't hurt to ask them. If they won't sell to you directly, see if they can refer you to one of their dealers and maybe the dealer can order what you are looking for.

Also try Kodama. He sells many fish at auction, including some longfins. If you tell him what you are looking for though, he may have it. They have thousands of fish in stock at their facility in Hawaii. Shipping is very reasonable and I have never heard of any health issues with their fish.

Tarheel koi farm might have something as well. I have a few of their longfin ogons that have turned out to be nice. He's pretty well known in the industry.

Ron's (Tarheels) ogons and matsubas are great. But I am fairly certain he does not breed chagoi or Ki Utsuri.
